Wayne, a Amateur Radio operator has a new ministry where he uses his radio to Share Jesus with those he talks with each day. Being disabled, I cannot get out but with my radio I can communicate across to world. There is a need for a tower to hold a new more powerful antenna system. God has already blessed with money to increase the power. With the tower the station will be ready to share with the world from Turner County. FIRE ANT FESTIVAL

The Fire Ant Festival is the 4th weekend in March each year. There will be lots of activities for the family. There will be a new feature to be held at the airport. There will be a ultra light airplane fly in and a remote control airplane demonstration.

The Turner Co. Middle/High School Band will be leaving for Chicago on Thursday evening. The band will play in the St. Patrick's Day parade beginning at 12:00 CT on Saturday. Band members and chaperones will attend the parade as well as visit Wrigley Field and other points of interest. Please pray for our safe return.


Also, the Turner Co. Middle School Baseball Team held a drawing for $50.00 free gas. Congratulations to Ruthie Mae Whiddon, winner of the drawing. Special "Thanks" goes to Denham's One Stop and Sconyer's Gin for your donations. The boys are now 2 and 1.
The money earned will buy matching batbags for the team.
