Activities for October 2000:

Karen Watson and Denise Terry have been decorating the library during October for the past several years. October is National Stamp Month. Karen is the City Clerk of Rebecca, Ga. and worked for several years as Postmaster Relief for Rebecca. Denise Terry is Postmaster for the Arabi Post Office. So plan to be surrounded with stamp memorabilia when you come to the library during October.

Pre-K 4-Year Olds are coming to the library every other week. They started visiting on August 23. Kathy Griffis, Children's Librarian of the Coastal Plain Regional Library will have her first Storytime for the preschoolers on October 4 at 9:30 a.m.
